During my time at Totem Software, I played an active role in the development and integration of the Afinia payment gateway ecosystem, contributing both on the technical side and in client relations.

• Custom Integrations: Implemented the payment gateway API across different environments and websites, tailoring the solution to each client’s specific needs.
• Web Development: Built the brand’s landing page, following established designs and working within the Scrum methodology.
• Custom Interfaces & APIs: Developed custom user interfaces with modern technologies like React and Next.js, and created Node.js and NestJS APIs to connect with databases and support business logic.
• Client Support: Worked directly with clients, guiding them through the integration of the gateway into their platforms and ensuring smooth performance.
• WooCommerce Administration: Managed and supported stores using the payment gateway plugin, ensuring stability and implementing required customizations.
• Process Automation & AWS: Worked with multiple AWS services, including Lambda functions, SQS queues, API Gateway, and more, to automate and optimize processes related to the payment ecosystem.
• Internal Management Platform: Developed a web application for Afinia’s internal data management, enabling client administration, generation of accounting and financial reports, and streamlining of multiple operational processes.

Thanks to these contributions, I helped improve team efficiency, reduce operational times, and strengthen the overall client experience with the payment gateway.
